Is your store by appointment only?

Yes, we do require appointments. This allows us to focus on you and your bridal party! 

Can I come in and browse prior to my bridesmaid appointment?

Yes, we have regular store hours Tuesday-Friday 11am-6pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. 


How far in advance should I be coming in with my bridesmaids?

7 - 12 months before your wedding date. Dresses can take up to 12 weeks to come in and you must allow ample time for dress pick-ups & alterations.

How long are appointments? 

1-3 bridesmaids = 75 minutes.  More than 3 = 90 minutes. 

I have some bridesmaids out-of-state, what do I do?

It's easy! Once you narrow down your style(s), we will provide you with your designers size chart. From there, your bridesmaid(s) would need to give us a call with their measurements (which we recommend getting professionally done), and we can take payment right over the phone.  When the dress comes in, we can ship it to them. 

What is your price range?

The majority of our dresses are $190-$250. For specific pricing on a style, give us a call! 

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

Because dresses are made to order with the specific size, color & fabric to fit the brides vision, there are no returns or exchanges once you order is placed. 

What is the deposit?

We require a 60% deposit to place your dress order.  The balance is due at the time of dress pick-up. 

When should I schedule my alteration?

The earlier, the better! We book up quickly especially during wedding season (May-Oct), so advise you to set up your appointment at least 1 month in advance of the wedding date. 

I will not be able to purchase my dress from your store, but I would like to come in and try on styles and be measured, do you allow this?

Because we have limited availability especially on the weekends we would greatly appreciate knowing in advance that you need this service when requesting your appointment.  Weekday appointments for this type of request is preferred.  There is a $15 fee for us to take your measurements. 

Can I bring champagne / alcoholic beverages & food into the store? 

No, I'm sorry, but we do not allow any outside alcoholic beverages & food to be brought into the store.
